Beim Klassenabend von Prof. Christian Brunnert in der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln präsentierte William Hewer ein fünfsaitiges Cello von Johannes Löscher. Er erklärte das Instrument mit der Stimmung e’ – a – d – G – C und spielte anschließend die komplette sechste Suite von Johann Sebastian Bach.
Am Freitag, 8 Juli gibt es beim Abschlusskonzert von William eine weitere Gelegenheit, die D-Dur-Suite auf diesem Cello zu erleben. 14:45 Uhr, Kammermusiksaal der Hochschule.
William Hewer showed a 5-string-cello, made by Cologne luthier Johannes Löscher at the concert of Prof. Christan Brunnert’s class at Hochschule für Musik and Tanz.
He introduced it to the audience and played suite 6 D major by J. S. Bach. The next concert with this is William’s final concert in the Kammermusiksaal on the 8th of July, 14:45.
